Rebecca’s healthcare experience dates back to when she served as a nursing assistant through her undergraduate education. When she obtained her BSN from Case Western Reserve University in January 2017, she then served the community as registered nurse in multiple high acuity areas in Cleveland’s top hospital systems, such as trauma, critical care, and neuro-oncology clinical research. After years of diverse experience, she found her passion in women’s health after her own personal experience in becoming a mother. She then pursued postpartum, or maternal neonatal nursing. While serving in postpartum, Rebecca also had the privilege of cross covering in antepartum, labor and delivery, and NICU. While caring for families in this area, Rebecca was continuously reminded of her own experience, and she became deeply moved by the many different ways families can grow. She found herself connecting with patients over their own unique experiences in doing so, such as through fertility support, surrogacy, and adoption.
Currently, Rebecca serves as a registered nurse in one of the nation’s top fertility clinics and is an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). In addition to patient care in these areas, and has served as a leader in several clinical safety, quality improvement, and clinical team engagement and education roles. However she believes that her personal experiences are what have been most influential in being the catalyst to her passion and commitment to helping families grow in their own unique ways.
Rebecca has used her own personal experiences of battling infertility and PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss, fertility treatments (IVF), high-risk pregnancy, preterm birth, postpartum complications, breastfeeding, as well as domestic open infant adoption to fuel her dream of being there to support others the way she so desperately needed to be when faced with these experiences herself. It was these experiences that serve as the foundation of her dream for The Daffodil Room Group.
Rebecca is the proud mother of three angels, as well as a rainbow baby through IVF, her son, Jonah, as well as a blessing through adoption, her daughter, Bethany.
From an early age, Rachel always knew that she wanted to help empower people and help them feel their best. Rachel completed cosmetology school while also graduating high school and has been working as a hair stylist ever since. By day, Rachel can be found at her salon providing hair therapy to her clients while also being a listening ear to allow them to talk about what they are experiencing in their lives. Rachel understands the struggles of infertility all too well, as she was diagnosed with unexplained infertility while trying to grow her family.
After 4 cycles of medicated IUI which led to the birth of her daughter, Rachel knows first hand how incredibly vulnerable the fertility treatment process can be. Since experiencing it herself, she has become an advocate for infertility support, which led to her collaborating with Rebecca to form idea for The Daffodil Room two years prior to it’s official formation in March 2024. Rachel attributes her ability to brave the storm of infertility to her husband and her faith, as she is an active member in her church and has supported many others through similar experiences in her congregation. Due to her openness in sharing her story, so many have found comfort in her kind heart and listening ear. Rachel is dedicated to serving members of her community and ensuring that not one person finds themselves walking alone in the darkness of infertility.

Crystal received her Bachelors of Science in Health Science in 2018 from Cleveland State University, followed by her Masters in Social Work in 2022. She is skilled in perinatal mental health training through Postpartum International. Crystal is also a trained and certified birth doula (2018), as well as certified in peer lactation and placental encapsulation.
Crystal states that there has never been a time in my life I didn’t find myself working with women. In my last year of my undergraduate degree, I trained as a doula and fell in love with working with women even more and knew this was my path. After undergrad, I applied for an accelerated nursing program and got accepted, but found out I was pregnant. Pregnancy was rough since it was unplanned and looking back I suffered from perinatal depression but didn’t look for help until I was postpartum -where I then learned not many therapists specialized. I questioned myself on how so many women go through this hardship and there are so little therapists who see mamas. I questioned how I had the knowledge, support, and tried my best to prevent but still suffered. It was then I made the decision I’d have to make a change and I applied to graduate school. My last year of graduate school, in Oct 2021 I got a positive pregnancy test and miscarried. It threw me in for a loop and brought me further into my work for women and how much we endure.
Kelsey graduated from Kent State University in 2015 with her bachelor’s degree in nursing. While she discovered her love for Women’s Health from her first day in her OBGYN clinical, Kelsey dedicated the first six years of her nursing career to the Pediatrics specialty, specifically working in Pediatric Oncology and Pediatric Neurology. She later found her niche in nursing when she started working as a Registered Nurse Care Coordinator for one of the nations top fertility clinics in 2023. She is currently an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
Kelsey currently works as a Third Party Care Coordinator, helping to grow and empower families with donor egg and Gestational Carrier services. She feels truly passionate about her work, and is motivated to continue to help her patients navigate what can be an emotionally stressful, lengthy, and overwhelming process. She takes pride in establishing relationships with her patients, and treating each of them as if they are family members. During her time as a fertility nurse, she has had the honor of caring for close, lifelong friends throughout their infertility journey, and has never felt more motivated as a nurse to continue to provide holistic care while guiding her patients every step of the way. She looks forward to many more rewarding years of working with families in the future to help them achieve their family goals.
When she is not working, you can find Kelsey spending time with her husband and two golden retrievers, enjoying the outdoors as much as possible (kayaking in the summer, skiing in the winter!) cozying up with a good book, going for runs, and hanging out with family and friends.
Courtney began working in Women’s Health in 2015, and graduated nursing school in 2018. While working as a NICU nurse in 2020, Courtney carried a high
risk pregnancy, and delivered her own NICU baby, Luna, during the height of the
COVID-19 pandemic.
As a single parent, Courtney is no stranger to the need for support during high risk pregnancy and after delivery. Because of this her nursing career path guided her to Labor and Delivery, as well as High Risk Obstetrics where she gained an additional OB nurse
certification on top of her RN licensure. She is also certified in caring for grieving families facing pregnancy and infant loss through the AWHONN Perinatal Bereavement Program.
Courtney has brought her skills and experience into her current role as an
IVF nurse, serving a different, but still just as rewarding side of women’s health, helping women achieve pregnancy.
Courtney’s goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and informed environment for families through preconception, pregnancy, delivery, and the postpartum period, as well as to educate families and support them as they provide care to their newborns. As an advocate for maternal health, she strives to make each patient feel confident in their healthcare decisions.
Through active membership with AWHONN (Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses), American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and OCAMH (Ohio Council to Advance Maternal Health), she is able to bridge the gap between medical and community-based care in order to comprehensively support women and their families.
Whether she is supporting a new parent adjusting to life with a newborn,
advocating for maternal health, or providing grief support after a loss, she strives to ensure every family feels heard, respected, and never alone.
